Welcome to the Ora Naturals Ltd website terms and conditions (‘terms’). In these terms, ‘Ora’, ‘our’, ‘we’ or ‘us’ means Ora Naturals Ltd and ‘you’ means the customer or potential customer.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Our terms and conditions are only supplied in English. These terms govern your use of www.oranaturals.co.uk (‘website’), by using any part of this website you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using this website.
We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently amend these terms without prior notice. It is your responsibility to read and agree to these terms every time you place an order.
1.1 The products for sale on our website include but are not limited to bath and skincare products.
1.2 Some of our products contain essential oils which may not be suitable for pregnant women. If you have a medical condition, consult your doctor before use. Keep out of reach of children. Store away from heat and sunlight. Natural separation and sedimentation may occur. Due to our products using natural ingredients, some colour and aroma may gradually fade over time. This does not have a detrimental effect on our products.

2.1 All prices on our website are in Pounds Sterling and include VAT (where applicable), unless otherwise specified. Prices may change from time to time but will not affect orders already placed. Postage and packing prices will be charged in addition to the price of the products and will be shown separately on the Website during checkout.
3.1 Payment must be made when you submit your order. Products will be sent to you only when we receive full payment in cleared funds. We accept no liability for any delay or non-delivery due to a card issuer refusing to authorise a payment, or if we fail to accept a payment.
3.2 Online payment can be made by debit card, credit card or by any other method stated on the Website. We currently accept MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debt, Solo and Electron through Sagepay (UK) Ltd.
3.3 We will send you an email confirmation upon receipt of your order.
3.4 Debit and credit card users are subject to validation checks by the card issuers. Any person attempting to make fraudulent credit card transactions will be prosecuted, with no exception, in accordance with English Law with no exception.
4.1 Products will be sent within 7 days of receipt of payment. Delivery is charged per order for all mainland UK addresses only, sent by myHermes courier or by 1st Class Royal Mail with approximate delivery time of 2-3 days. We do not accept any liability for delivery delays caused by a third party or by you entering an incorrect address into our website.
4.2 Postage and packaging may vary due to promotional offers that may be active. Normal p&p is set at £3.95 for orders up to £80.00. Orders over £80.00 have free delivery. Occasionally p&p may be free; this applies only to UK deliveries.
4.3 We reserve the right to vary our delivery prices in proportion with myHermes or Royal Mail costs of shipping and in line with any price rises.
4.4 In the event of an order being lost by a third party, we bear no risk once it has left our trading premises. For goods received damaged, refer to point 9.1.
5. Out of stock
5.1 All products are subject to availability. Customers will not be able to order products that are out of stock. If a product is out of stock, the ‘Add to Basket’ button will be disabled and an ‘Out of Stock’ message will appear on the product page. Beyond what we say on the product information pages or otherwise on our website, we cannot be more specific about availability.
5.2 If your order is processed and a product is subsequently found to be out of stock, we will contact you within 7 days. You will be given the option to receive a refund or to exchange the product. If the new product is of greater value than the original, the difference will need to be paid by you before dispatch. If the new product is of less value, the difference will be refunded via the original payment method.
5.3 No part of your order will be dispatched to you until we have received confirmation that you would like either a refund or an exchange in regards to the out of stock product.
6. International delivery
6.1 Products will be sent within 7 days of receipt of payment. We do not accept any liability for delivery delays caused by a third party or by you entering an incorrect address into our website. Delivery times may vary.

6.3 We reserve the right to vary our delivery prices in proportion with their costs of shipping and in line with any Royal Mail price rises.
6.4 In the event of an order being lost by a third party, we bear no risk once it has left our trading premises. For goods received damaged, refer to point 9.1.
6.5 For delivery outside the EU, orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once they reach the destination country. Any additional customs clearance charges are payable by the customer. It is advisable to contact your local Customs authority for more information as Customs policies vary from country to country.
7.1 On receiving your order, you should check that all items on the delivery note are present. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us within 7 days of receipt that there is a problem. If you fail to notify us, we will consider the products satisfactory and are not obligated to accept any rejection by you at a later date.
7.2 Where the delivery is signed for, you bear the risk once the goods are signed for. If you believe the delivery has been tampered with in anyway, it is your responsibility to refuse to sign for the goods and notify us immediately.
8. Passing of property and risk
8.1 Ora Naturals retains ownership of all products until full payment has cleared into our bank account.
8.2 Ownership and risk passes to you upon delivery.
9. Returns and refunds
9.1 We will not accept returns if you do not follow the procedure as defined in 9.2 to 9.5. Your statutory rights are not affected.
9.2 You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the delivery if you are not completely satisfied with your product(s). Contact us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on 0208 658 4860. All returns must be within 14 working days after the date you originally received your order.
9.3 Any products to be returned must be done so in the same condition that you received them. It is you legal obligation to take reasonable care of the product(s) while they are in your possession.
9.4 Products are returned at your own cost and risk. We strongly advise that you obtain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

9.6 Damaged or defective products: The damaged product(s) must be returned to Ora before a full refund or replacement can be issued.
9.7 Incorrect order or dissatisfaction: Product(s) must be returned to Ora before the correct order is sent or a partial refund (full refund less original postage charged) can be issued.
9.8 Refunds will be made using the same payment method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process your refund as soon as possible and within 30 days of receipt of the returned product.
10.1 We will not accept cancellations if you do not follow the procedure as defined in 10.2 to 10.4.
10.2 Cancellations can be made via email to email@example.com or by phone on 0208 658 4860.
10.3 If orders have been dispatched prior to the cancellation, the returns procedure will apply.
10.4 If orders have already been dispatched, we cannot refund any post or packaging costs.
13. Intellectual property
13.1 Ora Naturals is a registered trade mark. We give no permission for its use by any other person other than Ora Naturals or its licensors. Such use may constitute an infringement of our rights.
13.2 Any other registered or unregistered trademarks or service marks used on our website are the property of their respective owners.
14.1 Nothing in our terms will limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
14.2 Subject to 14.1, our products are intended for personal use only. We will not be liable for business losses (including without limitations loss of income, profits, data, business, contracts or anticipated savings).
14.3 Subject to 14.1, we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly as a result of you failing to use any of our products in accordance with any instructions or warnings provided by us or failing to draw such instructions or warnings to the attention of your customers, where appropriate.

f. loss of goodwill or reputations. You agree that you will not hold us liable in respect to any comment, review and/or feedback on our website published by others in relation to you.
15. General use of website info
15.1 We take reasonable care to ensure prices, details and descriptions of our products for sale are accurate. While we aim to keep our website as up to date as possible we do not give any warranty that the website content is accurate, current, complete or error-free.
15.2 While Ora takes all reasonable effort to ensure that our website is free from viruses and defects, we cannot guarantee that your use of our website, or any other website accessed through links on our website, will be interruption or error free or will not cause damage to your computer. We will not be responsible for any damage, loss or corruption to any data as a result of using our website or any websites accessed through links on our website.
16. Third party links
16.1 We use hyperlinks on our website which are owned and operated by third parties. These links are only for your convenience and when you activate a link you will leave the Ora Naturals website. We have no control over third party websites and accept no responsibility or liability for their contact, products or services or for any loss or damage that may arise from using them.
16.2 Linking to other websites is at your own risk and any dealings with or services found via these links is solely between you and the third party operator of the said website.
16.3 The inclusion of these links does not constitute an endorsement by or any affiliation with Ora Naturals.
17.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any dispute or matter arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
